TODAY IS AN AWESOME DAY! i feel slightly accomplished because i was so motivated to be practising on my own in the new theatre today, probably because there was fear of the unknown - i just had that feeling that someone was in the control room and subconsciously hearing my nonsense self-practice. hmmm.. the temperature was a bit like winter and the light was too dim, but it felt quite nice to be practising in that theatre, maybe because the acoustics are really quite nice. :D:D

so i did my scales and did frogs and did game over just now - which is really quite something because i haven't had mood to practice ever since school started. i finally settled down and practised in peace, without the rustle and hustle of the other music counterparts strolling by/strumming/opening the door to see that there's actually someone already in the studio/playing grooves on drums etc etc.

so much for not having soundproof walls in school la seriously.

OKAY today is a good day so there shall be minimal ranting. HEEHEE. so i practised for erm, 3-hour plus straight. and then whacked the piano a bit when i felt restless, tried to add lines into my song, tried to take a nap in the audience seat. wah i felt like king of the world in that theatre. I WAS THE LAST HUMAN STANDING YO!:D

waited for rah tan to finish teaching piano and then had pastamania (AGAIN) for dinner. i swear i will not have pastamania for the next couple of weeks. i've already had it for CONSECUTIVE THREE WEEKS, and all on tuesdays. so i can confidently tell you that soup-of-the-TUESDAY is CLAM CHOWDER.

then it was hairie and uan abang's performance - 'melodies on gambus' at the concourse of esplanade. it was really something new (AND GROOVY, I LIKE!). i felt so at home. HAHA! :)

it's a good day and tmr shall be a good day too! :)
